God
My Dad was an entrepreneur who had assembled a portfolio of 160 properties by the time I was five years old. Then, when I was six, Congress passed the Tax Reform Act of 1986, changing the laws on real estate syndications overnight. The entire portfolio collapsed, and my family went bankrupt.
My Dad refused to quit. He opened a restaurant, but it didn't survive, and at age ten we went through bankruptcy a second time. Yet he fought his way back into commercial real estate and built a thriving brokerage. At 21, I got my real estate license, joined him, and spent the next decade brokering apartment buildings and structuring transactions together.
Then 2009 arrived. The Great Financial Crisis froze commercial credit markets, and I went completely bankrupt myself.
Looking back, it was the single greatest turning point of my life. In that valley—when every worldly security was stripped away and I was forced to question every assumption I had built my identity upon—I met Jesus. God made two truths permanent in me: first, your identity is not your balance sheet; and second, the secret to life is to genuinely enjoy your work.
I love Jesus.
Golf
With that freedom, God told me something that reshaped my future: to pick whatever dream I truly wanted to pursue.
I chose "flipping golf courses."
A golf course is the ultimate complex commercial physical asset: 150 acres of agronomy, hospitality, food and beverage, retail merchandising, membership psychology, and yield management. While I have never owned a golf course yet, God also made it clear that I was called to live an unexplainable life—one that cannot be justified by conventional safety or modest goals.
I love golf.
To acquire, turnaround, and operate physical assets of that scale in the modern economy, you must master the two sovereign engines of leverage: customer acquisition and software.
After commercial real estate, I spent a decade in the trenches of digital marketing, direct-response copywriting, and customer acquisition. For the past two years, I have poured every working hour into artificial intelligence: engineering autonomous multi-agent systems and serverless workflows on Google Cloud and Google Antigravity.
This is why ToolGlue exists.
Technical tool creators, API platforms, and AI founders do not need more superficial wrapper hype. They need industrial-grade plumbing: gluing deterministic tools and data pipelines to autonomous agent workflows that generate measurable revenue and withstand real market cycles.
I love Google.
Direct Connection
Whether you are engineering autonomous agent pipelines, exploring ToolGlue integrations, or acquiring high-yield assets, I believe in direct founder-to-founder dialogue.
