Nick, I don't know if you remember me, we meet a year or more ago and it's been awhile now since I've been involved with NR and awhile more since I last saw you. Never got to speak with you much, but now know that we need to get together and reintroduce ourselves. I am interested in that 42 unit in Huntsville, you posted in FB, so call me if I don't call you 1st, I'll look for your card, but at 1 point I lost a few, hope yours wasn't one. I'm wanting to wholesale a couple of Apt. bldg.s this year if possible, so let's try to get together and talk soon.
until then and if we don't connect before have a great weekend, my friend.

Why are banks coding a modification the same as a short sale or forecloser. Things have changed and I need to move, want to buy home with my mom. Is there a way to get Wachovia to code as making payments, which I am, my fico score has not been effected still 764. Mortgage broker says we have to get them to change coding won't pass underwritter. Any ideas, thanks.

Nick,

We started a Property Preservation company to help stimulate the economy. Last week we had a bank owned property that was an absolute disaster inside (literally looked like a bomb exploded) and after we finished "detailing" the house it increased curb appeal by at least 20%. When you walked into the house you don't take 2 steps back but it had a nice lemon fresh smell to it. Windows were spotless and no more grime all over the floors.

If you see any need for property preservation services (We Clear, Clean, Repair, Paint, Carpet, etc) think of RWProeprtyPreservation.com.
