Are You Helping Your Brain or Hurting It?

Your brain is your gateway to success...

But if you don't pay attention to what you put in, you won't have much control of what comes out.

Hurts the brain:

  • Poor decisions
  • Brain injuries
  • Drugs & alcohol
  • Obesity
  • Inactivity
  • Poor diet (high O6s, low O3s)
  • Poor sleep
  • Nicotine
  • Excessive caffeine
  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Poor labs
  • Chronic stress
  • Environmental toxins
  • Infections
  • Depression
  • ADD
  • Unhealthy friends
  • Not knowing your weaknesses

Helps the brain:

  • Appropriate anxiety
  • New learning
  • Exercise
  • Great nutrition
  • Healthy weight
  • Healthy friends
  • 7-8 hours of sleep
  • ANT free thinking
  • Meditation
  • Learning from mistakes
  • Targeted supplements
  • Knowing your weaknesses

I know this is easier said than done... but just keep them in the back of your mind as you go through life. 

Lots of little good decisions over time make it easier to make big decisions rightly.

So just take one from the bad side and eliminate it.

Then replace it with something from the good side and make it a part of your lifestyle.

Then next month or next year you can replace another bad habit with another good habit.
